I had shopped around before making a decision on who we were going to use to stabilize our foundation, we not only found that Apex was the better price but Will made us feel confident in what we were about to do! He walked us through the plans after we shared our concerns, then was here on the day of the project to help guide the team into a great job done in one day. Before they packed up to leave, Will asked us to make sure our concerns were taken care of and then they left our yard exactly how it was before (not even a dint in the grass). Showed up on time and finished early! The day they finished you could tell the whole house felt different. The air quality improved and it felt more air tight. We got some other quotes that were much higher for the same service. What really sold us though was Will! Everyone else that came out tried to “sell us” their system and offered discounts if we signed paperwork with them the same day. Will was down to earth and low pressure. He told us what he would do if it were his house wether we went with APEX or not. Highly recommend them!

We struggled with our flooring issues for years. We have an old cove home and needed some support in certain areas under the crawl space but were quoted astronomical amounts from other companies. I bought a rather old home with a crawl space and signs of subsidence. Apex came to inspect and found a number of places that needed attention. It’s a rather daunting task taking on an old home but they made it stress free for me. They communicated the issues clearly and mapped out the solution. They were very responsive and fit me neatly into their schedule. The repairs were made within the agreed timescale which is important during a remodel, it’s difficult to stage renovations otherwise.
